Thorsten Rinne

Thorsten Rinne

Thorsten founded the phpMyFAQ project back in february 2001 being a student for computer sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, Germany. After graduating in computer science in 2004, he is now working as project manager in Munich, Germany. He develops and maintains large scale PHP applications in enterprise environments. He also frequently writes articles for the German PHP Magazine. Thorsten is a Zend Certified Engineer.

Matteo began programming when his father gave him a Sinclair QL as a present. He has a degree in electronic engineering and he is working as product development manager. He met with phpMyFAQ after benchmarking several systems for improving internal communications between his development staff and the sales support one. He is a phpMyFAQ Team member since November 2005.

Anatoliy Belsky

Anatoliy Belsky

Anatoliy lays special emphasis to opensource Unix programming. Contributing to various projects helps him to gather empirical knowledge and to sharpen his skills. He enclosed himself to phpMyFAQ hence he thinks no problem should be solved twice. He is a phpMyFAQ Team member since July 2009.

Johannes Schlüter

Johannes, studying computer sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany is specialized in large scale PHP applications. With his expertice in PHP development for several years he now helps to improve his language of choice, with special regard to the Zend Engine. Even though some of his ideas - as operator overloading - did not make it into the actual distribution, others - such as the improved interactive mode did. Johannes is helping with the PHP 6 support, code auditing and security patches.

Lars Tiedemann

Being a programming late-starter, Lars began programming websites in 2002 as a student assistant at an institute of the University of Stuttgart where he is still studying aerospace engineering. After doing some minor improvements for phpMyFAQ in 2005, he joined the development team in August 2005 giving him the chance to learn a lot more every day.

Tom Rochester

Tom received his first computer in his second year of University in 1997, since then he has achieved a BSc (Computer Science) from the University of Sydney and now works in the IT industry in the areas of Security, System Administration and Web development. He ported phpMyFAQ to postgreSQL to better integrate the software with his internal database systems. He wishes he had more time to devote to phpMyFAQ and other open source projects.

Thomas Zeithaml

Thomas is working as SEO Consultant for different projects. Since 2001 he had experience with search machine optimization and online marketing. He implemented the dynamic sitemap and improved mod_rewrite support and added the related topics in phpMyFAQ 2.0.
